Compliance

Environment, Social and Governance

At TSP we take seriously our responsibility for environmental stewardship, being good stewards in our community and ensuring the well-being of our employees.   Please click here to view our full Environment, Social and Governance Statement.

RoHS Compliance

When the European Union’s Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) went into effect in 2006, most of the raw materials used in the production of TSP products were already in compliance. We continue to survey our supply chain to ensure compliance by identifying and testing alternate materials, including those ingredients identified as containing restricted substances. Please click here to view our full RoHS Declaration of Compliance Statement.

REACH Compliance

TSP supports our customers’ compliance with the European Union chemicals policy, REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals), and all other programs to protect both users of our products and the environment. We continue to work closely with industry groups to stay informed of changes and updates to RoHS and REACH requirements. Please click here to view our full REACH Declaration of Compliance Statement.

Conflict Minerals Declaration

TSP supports having a safe, secure supply chain, and promoting the welfare of all people. We do this by complying with all applicable legal requirements of the Dodd Frank Act. Please click here to view our full Conflict Mineral Declaration (CMRT, Revision 6.31).

California’s Proposition 65

We understand that our parts or products may be sold to businesses in California that may be subject to California’s Proposition 65, Cal. Health & Safety Code 2549.7, Safe Drinking Water & Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to consumers if they are exposed to certain chemicals above the legal threshold. While trace levels of Proposition 65 chemicals may be detectable in components of our products, these chemicals are generally inaccessible to consumers and would not be expected to present any consumer exposure under customary use conditions.
